EinScan Rigil Lite
The EinScan Rigil Lite is Shining 3D's most accessible all-in-one laser scanner — a fully self-contained system with built-in computing, onboard storage, and a touchscreen display. Grab it, power it on, and start scanning. Whether you're on the factory floor, in the field, or at your desk, the Rigil Lite delivers reliable, high-resolution results without a single cable in sight.
As Australia's authorised Shining 3D reseller, Neolab supplies and supports the full Rigil range with local expertise and after-sales service.
Key features
Truly wireless — no laptop required Onboard computing handles the entire scanning workflow. Wi-Fi 6 keeps you connected when you need it, and USB mode gives you flexible data transfer. Just power on and go.
Hybrid light source for every surface 17+17 crossed blue laser lines handle fast area scanning, 7 parallel blue laser lines capture fine details and edges, and infrared VCSEL tackles medium to large objects including marker-free scanning. One scanner, every material.
Two scan modes — speed or detail Switch between Laser HD mode (0.05 mm resolution, 170–550 mm working distance) for precision work and IR Rapid mode (up to 16,000,000 points/sec, working distance up to 1,500 mm) for fast large-area capture.
Smooth, intelligent tracking Multi-alignment technology combines feature, marker, and texture tracking so the scanner stays locked on even on featureless or dark surfaces. Fewer tracking losses, smoother scans, less rework.
Scans challenging materials Reliable on reflective metals, black plastics, and complex surfaces — even under varying ambient lighting conditions.
6.4" touchscreen — real-time feedback The built-in display lets you monitor your scan live, adjust settings, and review data without opening a laptop.
